Sleeping up to 16 guests over 7 bedrooms, you know from the moment you see this immaculate property that the experience throughout is going to be one of complete luxury and attention to detail throughout. The views from this hilltop eyrie are extraordinary and far-reaching and the owners have made sure that these views can be appreciated from every terrace and all angles. Should you be able to drag yourself away, Agni bay with its delicious tavernas and boat hire is a 15 minute drive away and Kassiopi a 10 minute drive. Guests can arrange (at an additional cost) to use the owner’s Windy Tornado Sports Cruiser which is moored at Agni and can take up to 8 adults and 2 children plus skipper. At Koukos you really will have it all – the privacy, the unadulterated luxury, the beautifully planted gardens, the views and easy access to the best beaches on the North East.
