Delightful Pashalia is a fantastic villa on so many tempting levels. Just a 100m walk from a quiet beach and a short walk to both Kogevinas and Avlaki beaches, the sea swimmers in your party will be very happy! The house is generous, elegant and stylish throughout. Lovely terraces for eating and relaxing front the house. Inside the sitting room is light and airy and the galley-style kitchen is fully equipped and ready for a chef should you choose to have one. The house has three double bedrooms on the ground floor, two with bathrooms (shower over bath) and one with a walk-in shower room. All the rooms have access to the house terraces. Upstairs is the fourth double bedroom with super-king bed with en suite shower room with walk-in shower. Downstairs is a twin bedroom with one set of bunk beds suitable for 2 further children plus en suite shower room. There is also a TV/media room and small gym room with cross-trainer, running machine and free weights. Outside there is a gas BBQ, table tennis and house paddle-board meaning that guests of whatever age will be happy, relaxed and immersed in the lovely lifestyle offered by a stay at Pashalia. Vibrant Kassiopi with its tavernas, bars, supermarket and artisan shops is just 2.5km from the house and San Stefano is a 4km drive. We cannot recommend Pashalia highly enough and are delighted to be able to offer this wonderful villa to our guests.
